The Irish Social Science Platform (ISSP) provides an integrated social science research programme together with a graduate research education programme. It brings together researchers from eight institutions throughout Ireland.
The Platform is funded under the HEA's Programme for Research in Third Level Institutions Cycle 4.
The ISSP's programme of research and graduate research education programme is framed around three main research strands and three cross-cutting themes. One of the ISSP's main research strands is centred on the Knowledge Society.
